SPEAKERS
PS SHELTON DAVIDSON
For over 45 years, Pastor Shelton Davidson and his wife, Melissa, have been involved in pioneering, church multiplication, prayer movements, making disciples, and raising leaders in NLF and the Body of Christ. In recent years, they have concentrated on facilitating and mentor coaching, Gospel centred, inter-church unity and city movements that are interdenominational, multigenerational, with a vision to be salt and light in spheres of impact. They are blessed with three married children, actively serving Christ, and are proud grandparents to eight grandchildren.
PS DON BARRY
Ps Don Barry has been involved in church leadership for five decades. For the last 30 years he has been a senior leader of Gateway Church in Hamilton, New Zealand. During this season, he has watched as God has restored a church, broken and bruised by the sexual failure of leadership, transform into a thriving congregation. Don is a gifted teacher whose ministry has been appreciated throughout New Zealand and also in many other nations. Karen, Don’s wife of 50 years sadly passed away earlier last year.
PS GRAHAM FLETCHER
Graham and his wife Patti have over the last 50 years, pastored and planted churches in three states of Australia, and in British Columbia, Canada. He has also itinerated internationally to encourage churches and Christian movements worldwide with his teaching and prophetic ministry Late in 2023 after serving for 23 years in Vancouver, the Fletchers relocated back to Australia to be actively involved in Jesus Family Cabramatta and fellowship with Life Church International.
PS ANNE MORROW
Anne with her late husband Peter, we were founders & leading pastors of the New Life Church in Christchurch. This was significant church in training ministry and sending young people to nations. It also pioneered outreaches and national conferences aimed at equipping, and encouraging leaders and the church to fulfil God’s given mission today. Driven by deep lover for the Lord and His Word, Anne has continued to mentor the next generation and minister at various churches and conferences.
PS DAVID BOYD
Senior Leader of Life Church International Australia. David is the founding pastor of Jesus Family Cabramatta which he has pastored for 37 years. Jesus Family is a multicultural church that is reaching people groups in Sydney and is also involved in church planting in many overseas locations.
PS THOMAS BOBAN
Pastor Thomas Boban is the Associate Pastor at River City Life Church and State Director for Alphacrusis University College. He is passionate about discipleship, leadership, and strengthening the local church through his commitment to raising disciples and investing in the next generation.
HANNAH NGUYEN
Hannah Nguyen is a scientist whose life was transformed by the Gospel. Saved as an international student many years ago, she now passionately shares Christ while serving at JFC.
A Message From Pastor David Boyd
LCIA Conference 2025
Greetings to you all,
Our 2026 LCIA Conference will be held from Monday, 23 March 2026 to Thursday, 26 March 2026. We are hoping to keep it in future years at the same venue, in the last week of March.
The theme of this 2026 conference is “Building a Strong Foundation”. It is always good to look to the future; however, it is unwise to do this at the expense of our God-given heritage. We are a family of churches that were established in a move of God with clear distinctives. As we move forward, we must continue to build on those values to remain authentic to who we are, and not just to build on trends that are relevant for today only. If we do not build on those values, what we build will not last. God’s intention is for us to truly express our Godly values to the communities we serve, which in the end will result in “a glorious church without spot or wrinkle”. So let us stay the course.
It is again our pleasure to have Anne Morrow with us at this conference. Anne is the wife of the late Peter Morrow. For me, Peter and Anne epitomise the roots of our church family, and to have her here will be a great blessing to all who attend.
Don Barry from Hamilton, New Zealand, will be with us again. He will be speaking from his vast experience of navigating a church out of the hurt and destruction of leadership failure, and bringing it back into a healthy community. Don is a teacher of the Word, but will also be ministering from his past experience on how to build and maintain healthy churches.
Graham Fletcher will be ministering again out of his prophetic and teaching giftings. Graham and Patti are part of the local JFC Church in Cabramatta. In Ephesians, Paul includes the ministry of the prophet as essential for laying the foundation of the churches he is building. The prophet can speak into the prophetic journey of a church. This allows a church to have the focus that will enable it to rise up and fulfill its calling. This means that the prophetic ministry is essential for our churches to move forward.
We are also privileged to have ministry from Shelton Davidson from the New Life Fellowship of India. Shelton and his wife, Melissa, are long-time friends and are based in Mumbai. They are now involved in inter church development, bringing different streams of churches together to greater impact their communities. In doing so, it brings a resurgence of the moving of God to impact the world. Shelton is an international speaker who has much to offer.
As churches, most of us are still at the stage of laying foundations and therefore need both tools and skills to lay a firm foundation for what we are building. I believe that the ministries at this conference will help you in what you are doing in your churches and cities. Please plan to come for the whole conference. View all the sessions and all those who minister as a total package sent from the Lord to bring a “word in season” to LCIA at this time. We are not merely hoping to be informed but seeking spiritual formation and transformation through the combined word, ministry and anointing of those who minister, and genuine fellowship together as we gather.
